| I'm coming back to maplestory, and I wanna log in. I can't, I'm pretty sure I know my password but for some reason the password I entered won't work! Do you know if they changed your password automatically and how to find it? I heard that every 3 months they do this. I can't retrieve password because I forgot the birthdate I entered when I made my account.. PLEASE HELP! |

[/quote] What I did, is I went on the website and tried logging in, i haven't re-downloaded MS yet because before I do I wanna make sure I know the info and that stuff. So i'm extremely disappointed if I can't go back because I spent so much time on this really good account, and I wanna know how I can retrieve the password =(. BTW, what's a PIC, I just noticed it on the site. |

When you log in you dont have to enter a PIN but when you click your charecter you have enter a PIC.(6 Charecters long) |

Do you know a way to somehow find the password by using your email adress? Like instead of putting your birthdate and user name, do you think there's somewhere in the site where you are requires to enter your email and user name? Because I was so stupid back then and I put a false birthdate.. now these are the consequences! |

But another option is that I changed it right before I quit because I remember changing the password on my email and other stuff, so it might've been for my ms account too. I haven't written it down anywhere unfortunately. |

[/quote] All chars had nx clothing? look at the others if not If they aren't it's worth just trying out diff pws you may have used otherwise i think youre kind of screwed -- had this happen to a mule account of mine and just had to take the loss -- without the info i couldnt get it back |

IDK why I have a question mark where the image is supposed to be on the rankings for my main account.. But not for the other accounts on this ID, meaning it's probably not banned or something.. Do you know why this is? |
