Yes. Very fun and addicting. Loses its luster after you've played for a few days total, but it's really a great, balanced FPS that actually requires teamwork and thought.

hell yes man! dude tha game is way funner than modern warfare 2. The tanks and heli's are nice additions to a FPS man! and its fun trying to destroy the tanks and heli's! must get... and the graphics look grittier, which is nice.

I don't think its worth it, but thats just my opinion. I like MW2 more. My reasoning comes from the weapons in BC2. Assault Rifles have too much recoil, and it takes too long to kill enemies. Sub-Machine guns are not too bad, but they lack accuracy. LMG's are probably the best weapons in the game. The Snipers are pretty bad. The Sniper you start out with doesn't even 1-hit KO if you shoot someone in the Torso. The second sniper takes like 3-4 hits in the torso to actually kill someone. The gameplay is nice in BC2, but DICE didn't do a good job on the weapons. I expected better from DICE. However, this was their first fullscale FPS game, so its not a bad start. If you liked previous Battlefield games, then purchase BC2.

(Like real life) You cant spray and pray in this game cuz then you'll jus look like an idiot. But spraying and praying is affective in MW2. And the Type 88 sniper sucks ass period. And if you shoot some one in the head or heart its an automatic kill. You actually have to have some kind of aiming skill in this game with all weapons. Unlike MW2.

If you have ever actually shot a real gun, you would know that they have alot of recoil. MW2 is a 1-3 hit kill at almost any distance. Now, the first sniper does 1 hit K.O people because i have over 500 kills with it, and in my personal opinion it is the best sniper rifle. The second sniper does not 1 hit ko becuase it is an SEMI AUTOMATIC meaning it sacrifices bullet damage for speed. SMGs has one of the best accuracy, you just can't aim. SMGs are not made to spray, as any other gun in this game, you must burst for accuracy . LMGs may possibly be the best weapon and M60 is OP because they have large clips with high dmg but low accuracy. (Back to what i stated earlier in bold, short 2-4 bullet bursts) Also, for accuracy use your weapon specializations that you get later on, they make your weapon much much more stable. OT: I highly reccomend it because this game REQUIRES teamwork for you to win. If you get a team full of CoD fan boys you are destined to lose as they will seek kills to make their K/D better and more points. But guess what. If you play Recon right and just press select to spot people, or play medic right to heal and revive your team mates, or even play the Engineer to keep fixing vehicles/killing tanks. You will more than likely get more points than those who run around looking for kills. Heres why: Kill - 50 points. Assist - 20 points. Spot assist 20 points. Squad Assist - 40 points. Squad Spot Assist - 40 points. Now lets say you are helping 3 squad members, and you spot all of their kills. Each gets 5 kills, thats 40 x 15 =600 points, but if you were the one who got 5 kills thats only 5 x 50 = 250 points.

Definitely yes. I haven't had as much fun in an FPS game since TF2! It's the only game I like to snipe in since it actually takes some skill as only headshots kill at full health and bullets have flight time and drop. There's so much for everyone to do. Rush the M-COM crates with C4? Go ahead! Attempt to snipe the pilots out of helicopters? Totally possible! Play a support class and still rack up a huge amount of points? Engineer and Medic are the classes for you! The huge open destructible maps allow for so much sandbox gameplay that you'll never get tired.
