General dislike for guild leaders.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a general dislike for almost all guild leaders I've met. I'm in Windia; the drama server, so that could possibly be why. Almost all the guild leaders I've ever met have been nice when I first met them... but aside from two or three, they all turned out to be power-hungry egocentric and tyrannical. Now with the B oy F riend Police among us, and other guilds dedicated to KSing, scamming, D/C hacking, verbal abuse, impersonation, blackmail, widespread exclusion and other forms of game ruining tactics, I can't help but hate them more. The in-game equivalent to gangs possibly. I know a guild led by one of my friends (Lots of irony there, seeing as I hate most guild leaders), and one day he had a fight with this other guy, this other guy had a hurt ego, so he quit my friend's guild and proceeded to make his own for the sole purpose of impersonating my friend's guild . And some of his mutual friends actually quit and joined his too . Bear in mind this happened months ago so it's over now, just using it as an example. Aside from that, I know quite a few guild leaders in Windia who are so butthurt and obsessed with the game that they make it a point where it's their mission to harrass a single player all day, and get their guild to help harrass them while they themselves are offline, so it's like they've got a 24/7 bullying squad on someone's tail. I've almost always been guildless, and I always will be guildless, for the sole reason of avoiding these sadistic, narcissistic guild leaders.

My guild is awesome, my leaders are even more awesome. I've never met anyone so nice in my entire mapling experience.

mm.. wrong section, but the main reason why you and myself dislike guild leaders is probably due to the fact that they have an impression of having great power(in which they don;t) and people who don't like power harassment try to rebel and etc etc and henceforth the drama that always exists. But I still prefer to stay in my guild, because I have most of my buddies and I like the guild name. However, real bonding doesn't require an enforced community like a guild and if you manage to keep contact with your mates through BL then that's probably the best option.

Bhahaha. I love your /boyfriend/Police. I feel bad for Windians at this point, like you guys have nothing better to do? x_x I thought Mardians were supposed to be overdramatic? whatever, makes me feel better. ;] It's just sad, but I can say just about the same. Aside from a few of the guilds I ever joined. I don't like many of the guild leaders, except friends and what not.

Lol, I hate mostly every guild I join. Whether it's a pro-guild or a noob-guild or a friend-guild, they all turn out to be bad because there will be always an idiot or two to ruin the fun for all of us. I just jump from guild to guild to see whats exciting in them, if I like it, I stay for a bit, if not, just leave and find a new one. Windia changed so much.

I'm a guild leader, but I mostly made it as an extended buddylist sorta deal and just for the extra tab. If anyone is interested in joining pm me. No rules or anything (laid back as hell) not many people and if you're a jerk/ unpleasant to be around them you will be kicked

Man if I had the money (Trillions of $$), I would buy each and every one of you a world transfer out of Windia. I've heard so many horror stories about it and such to the point where I just want to go over there and help you guys out. But I have no NX so unfortunately I can't do that...I hope Windia gets better soon when all these E-Thugs realize how pointless online bullying is and the effect of it..

[/quote] Online bulling, that makes me laugh xD People think they are tough over a game with just saying words. Anyone could do that. But Windia is a good server, not just great. Windia has their ups and downs but atm, they are dramatically going to drop with these nonsense chaos. I don't think it will be fixed until these "bullies" gets what they want.
