sould i scroll a maple sheild or buy a pre-scrolled one?

I really need a MS sheild and i got about 230mil -If i scroll my own i would buy a clean MS sheild and 10 70% scroll for sheild atts costing me about 200-220mil if all goes well i could scroll my self a 20att MS sheild =) but if a 70% failed it could break and can waste 230mil. -Or i could buy my own with 230mil i could get a 12att one So what should i do scroll my own or buy a scrolled one?

in my case i got really lucky. at first i thought i could not afford to buy a 17+ atk maple shield so i decided to scroll it my self. 1st 30% landed 70% fail 70 worked and there was a pattern going tell around the 8 slots where it failed and broke after like 3 weeks for merch i got to 1bil o.O and bought me a 19 atk u/h shield :D which now is a 21 atk 1 slot *is looking for a 60% shield w atk in windia*
