White Scrolls can be made?

so I recently got some iTCG and i pulled a White Versal Materia... anyways I asked a buddy of mine what i can do with it.. he said somethin about makin white scrolls and shtuff... is this true? O_O also Please List! everything you must do in order to make the White Scroll.. Thank You So Much!

uh no, white versal material makes various lvl 70 weapons. Ex: Like the Thief's - Black Hole, Warrior - Heavenly Messenger (I THINK this is the name for it)

You can't forge white scrolls. In fact, you can't forge scrolls at all.
