More Magic Accuracy?

I got my evan to level 30 yesterday, but I can only hit cold eyes about half the time. I was wondering what stat can increase your magic accuracy? Ty.

Int and Luk.

the only ways I know of that increase Magic acc are by increasing Int and/or Luk. Obviously increasing Int is the better option, but the Luk bonus from the zhelm and Dep Star are nice.
