I have a level 58 hunter with a 78 att olympus, 6 att wg, 17 dex zhelm, 10 dex BR, and 2 att 6 dex PAC. My range is around 550-1100. For some reason, I feel like my damage sucks a lot. I'm always impressed by other player's damages, and never very impressed with mine. Occasionally I'll even hit double 500s with double shot. How is that possible with a 550-1100 range? I also hit less than 1k with each arrow in double shot more often than I'd like to. Does my damage suck, do hunters suck in general, or am I actually not that bad? Please leave a comment as well as choose a poll option.

well 1st thing 1st is to sell that BR and get a bowman overall since you're using an olympus, im going to assume that you are norm/low str and a norm overall is more beneficial and i think that you're just paranoid if you really want to upgrade your att, get a better bow, att wg

Your fine. Get a archer overall throw some overall dex 100%s on it and just train.

Lol you can't compare apples and oranges. Compare yourself with other hunters, not other classes. I think your dmg is fine.

if you're min dmg is in fact 550 you cant possibly be doing less than that with double shot unless you're fighting enemies a good bit higher lvled than you (wr/sb perhaps?) you're range isnt amazing, but its definitly not bad, just work on your lvls and you'll be fine. the 74 ranger was either being sarcastic/trying to screw with you, or just utterly unintelligent, hunters and xbowmen just arent that good til 3rd, dont worry about it.

Well, I can hit 2k with each arrow; I'm just saying that I have hit double 500s on WRs at lvl 58.
