Its a scammer. Just look at the e-mail that sent you. Someone whisped me before with "SCA" in his IGN, I just ignored it.

Don't do it, lillySCA isn't a real GM. GMs have Nexon.Net email domians. And even if they did need you to fill something out, they would give you a link to the offical site. They would never give you a random form and ask you to reply to it.

It's fake, they wouldn't need you to tell them your account info when they can obtain it directly from themselves.
