I was hacked a while ago i submitted a to nexon ticket 3-4 months ago and its still open. seriously WTF. Has this happened to you?

Nexon replies to any issue about nx, but not to an account problem. I also got hacked and submitted numerous tickets and no reply what so ever for months. Where as my friend had an nx problem and they replied. I got my account back in the end, (long story) but yeaa. @assasinate98 - Yeah, and some people won't/don't even get that.

If you are hoping to get the equipment you lost returned, give up. Nexon wont, and can't do that. Nexon has no way to tell if you really got hacked, or if you traded all your stuff to a mule and say "I got hacked, give it all back." And Travis, during October through February, thousands of people were hacked. Some skilled hackers gained access to Nexon's database, and were able to access tons of accounts with full info. Nexon never admitted anything was wrong, let alone that they were at fault, though they put in all these new and annoying security features that really, dont help. Website login, PICs.

I got hacked when I never ever gave out my info and stopped playing for 6 months and when i got back on I was shocked.

Logging tickets about getting hacked does absolutely nothing. In fact, you getting hacked is good for nexon, because it increases the chances that you might have to mts to get some of your stuff back. I know for sure that they wont return anything you lost, basically with some message like "it would be impossible to track where the items went, etc...". once you get hacked, its either make it all back somehow or quit, but don't go to nexon for help. its just a waste of time.

Guys... Seriously.. i got hacked liked 4~5 times.. on 3 diff acc's... losing over 1b. in pure mesos... and last time was 2days ago. i just made an acc after a long quit period.. and i began making mesos. i had a 11dex 3att pac. a 50att gig u.h,,, and a 12 att wg u.h , earring int 100% gm scroll, and like 60 good scrolls *shield att 70%. gfa 30% and moree.. obviosly.. lost them all... well.. what doesnt kill me only makes me stronger huh? i never gave up. screw nexon. u dont need them.. trust me with that **** and my new anti getting hacked system was: each time u login.. click Alt+enter.. go to the main maplestory nexon. and click find pw.. just post ur last name and ur birth date and a new pass shall be sent to ur email. nice way huh? :P
