Can you reset 4th job skills after using a Mastery book?

I put 15 points into Venomous Star on my Night Lord, and I used the Mastery Book to get its max level at 30, but I now decided that I don't want 15 points into Venomous Star right now. I want to reset 14 of those points, but I'm not sure if I will be able to because the Mastery book was already used, and it says that the skill must be at a minimum level of 15 for the Mastery Book to be used. Does anyone know if I will be able to reset the skill points or not? I don't want to spend 12k nx and it tells me that I can't.

I'm sure you can. You already used Venom 30 right? It's sealed into it then(not 100% sure but won't it be stupid if you gotta get that bullcrap again?) . :D

The mastery wont go back to 20 for sure. The worst the could happen is it just wont let you.
