ok i want to post a pic of me for my basilid, but i take a screenshot, but the pic is the siz of a wallpaper kind of thing (800x600) so im wondering how i can reduce the siz and cut out everything in the pic except me...

Start > Run > MSPaint Image > Attributes Width: 255 Height: 191 Paste your screenshot in. Say no to resize. Move the Image to center on what you want. File > Save As > whatever.jpg Upload
