where to train evan level 23-28?

i know they're low levels, but i'm lazy... i need to know a good place to train... thanks in advance

I did quests and sand rats. Talk to karcassa at 25 or 26 (forgot) and do his quests, it's good exp.

There's also the Kerning monster cleanup PQ if you'd like to try that. Not sure how the exp is, but it's always a nice change of pace. Also, if you're LUKless, it might be in your best interest to try to get squishy shoes from KPQ before moving on.

Best place would be the map before entering Magatia in Sahel 1 or 3; Sand rats/Scorpions.
