It says nothing of where he obtained these scrolls. Eventually it will trickle down to other monsters/bosses like how dark scrolls were. Before they were all gachapon only, now you can find some dark scrolls from monsters.

And why would they give us the same targa/scarlion helms that MSEA has? We're way godlier then MSEA I think his is pretty fair, I would only complain about the hour time limit. As Takerbacker said, we don't have the one from JMS.. Oh yeah and did you happen to forget about Vega Scrolls? That was godly beyond belief for GMS to get, Nexon allowed us to easily make perfectly items. Us getting Vega Scrolls kinda shows for a reason why this update wont be nerfed 'cause it's a similar concept.

This helps the poor and the extremely wealthy. The moderately wealthy will be unwilling to use these scrolls on their semi-godly equips, while the poor are perfectly willing to spam away. The extremely wealthy can afford White Scrolls (which I'm assuming will work, otherwise, doesn't help them), so they'll just blast away.
