| No the slopes should not be equal. Look at a triangle. Do you think the slopes of the three lines are all equal? They are not. I think there's a formula for this but I don't remember. |

| slope = m slope formula = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) Numbers are subscripts btw. Input respective set of y and x values for each one. ie. slope between (2, 2) and (4, 1) = [ (1) - (2) ] / [ (4) - (2) ] = -1 / 2 do that for all of them and see if they form a right triangle |

When you get all three slopes, if any of the two slopes are negative reciprocals of each other, then it's a right triangle. |
