Andras, Amadusias, Marbas, Valefor, and Crocell Hats

These hats have tons of weapon defense, and plus tons of attack! Why doesn't everyone between 25 and 50 wear these? I also see a lot of ppl with bamboo hats on even tho they suck.

people dont know how to get them sometimes, because most of maple community will never do a quest unless they are told it gives a good reward

Most people are too lazy. It's a really long chain of quests kinda.

for lower level characters, they are a godsend. and they work pretty damn good through cpq/lpq, and even better than almost every hat until the zakum helm at 50. if you don't have a helm, you can pretty much use this forever if you really wanted to, because the defense ratings are better than most hats until I think maybe 80-90, or until pirate hat or maple hat 3-4. They're good, and they take very little effort to get. I would recommend that no one ever skip the quests to get them. There is nothing but advantages to it.

A lot of people started playing before the hats came out, and are too lazy to do the quests for them. They're kind of time consuming. Plus, they're ugly.

Some of the more experienced players grind and leech right off the spot. I can almost guarantee that most of the highest leveled Evans don't have an Andras hat.
