Is it out in GMS yet? If it is can anyone tell me how i get there?

Can you be more specific about this "Parking Lot"? Like is it in World Tour, in Ossyria, in Victoria Island, etc.?

It's in Showa, you have to talk to one the NPC's with white hair I think.

Talk to spinel, go to Zipangu, go right until you're in Showa, talk to Konpei, the guy chewing gum near the Showa market portal. He'll take you to the hideout, from there go inside the portal and you'll be in Parking Lot.
