Please Note every exercise is on the amount i do and for a non athletic person aka average person all these exercises should be cut down atleast by half Sorry for the delay on this thread i haven't had much time for making a huge long training schedule with details for basil, but here it is this is for all the basilers who want to get healthier and look good. note that i am not very good on making threads and idk how to properly put stuff into sections and make a table of content or whatever so if anyone is willing to help me just PM me or ask for my AIM if you have it. Proper diet : this comes first before anything just let me explain that even if you work out like a maniac for the rest of your life but you eat like rosie o'donnell don't expect to see much or if any results from training. The best diet that i use that has worked for me is this, drink LOTS of water everyday if possible stop drinking soda and anything kind of liquid with sugar in it period(a soda and juice every now and then won't hurt but that doesn't mean drink a liter of pepsi if you just had 1 glass of water). eat a big breakfast mine usually consist of special K cereal, a banana, apple, mango on any given day, and yogurt with some pulp orange juice. if you plan on having any snacks until lunch or dinner the best choices would be energy bars or protein bars, or fruits, salad is good too. if you choose to have lunch a simple turkey sandwhich will do try not to add much condiments though. dinner should be lean meats turkey, chicken, fish, with some vegetables or fruits, not too much of everything though your dinner should be kind of low then drink enough water to fill you up this will slim you down over time and no late night snacks unless their fruits or maybe a healthy sandwich. but i have to say it again DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. Morning: This is your first training exercises for the day. i will be posting alot of different types of trainings to suit people who either can't do them because they have no access to a gym or equipment. I'm going to start off with my own training exercises and that consist of 1st. stretching the whole body 30 seconds each limb 2nd. jogging in place for 2mins 3rd. jump rope 200-300 times 4th jumping jacks with 5 pound weights 200-300 times 5th 40 push ups 6th 40 sit ups 7th pretend i have someone in a muay thai clinch and use knees standing in place 200 times look up videos for this if you do not know the proper technique 8th working out with dumbells 30 weight each 40 reps for each exercise(biceps, tripceps, shoulders, etc.) 9th pull ups(usually am tired and can only do 20 by the time i get to this) 10th jump rope for 5mins at any given speed 11th take a shower now you can do all of these and tweak them to fit your current athletic ability but don't be lazy about it for example if you can't do 20 push ups try to split them into 5's do 5 push ups move on to another exercise then go back do another 5 and so forth until you do 20 and trust me bef

well gee that seems very unnecessary, all you really need is cardio for 30-40 mins each day and working out 3 times a week, focusing 3 days to different parts of the body like arms , chest, and legs. With proper technique, weights and reps.

This seems like it would really, really put a bad strain on the body, nevermind the excessive amount of work here and the not correct diet. Plus, swimming isn't going to do much of a toning/weightloss. I swim 3 miles a day and it's only toned me because I also run and cycle. Plus, a week or less? Don't think so.

I found this useful until I read "pork chops, rice, beans, potatoes" for dinner... are you serious, so many carbs for dinner? that just ruins the whole day

what about the actual weight lifting. all you're talking about is toning. This thread is for people looking to lose weight, not for weight lifters/people looking to get ripped.
yeah but people usually quit that because you don't see very much results quickly with my version results come FAST i slimmed down from 200 ponds to 180 in 2 months you don't get that with cardio alone for such a short period of time.
Eeveepony : This seems like it would really, really put a bad strain on the body, nevermind the excessive amount of work here and the not correct diet.
don't pay attention to my diet the one i said for you gusy to do is much different because i am a martial artist and i tend to eat alot of meat and carbs because i need alot of mass around my whole body.
hellokit : I found this useful until I read "pork chops, rice, beans, potatoes" for dinner... are you serious, so many carbs for dinner? that just ruins the whole day
thats for me not intended for the readers i was just saying don't pay attention to my diet i compensate all the carbs i eat with all the exercises i do @above thats why i said split it do as much as you can and when you are ready do as much as you can again you don't have to do 40 in one sitting @sirwigger i won't do weight lifting i think dimo has that department covered besides i hate over buffed people who cant stratch their own back. this is for people who rather just stay slim and muscular |

If you say don't worry about it, then it's best not to post it. Don't try to be an "expert" at something then give incorrect advice. I think I remember you posting this once before. I am in triathalon training and even I don't eat that many carbs

I only exercise during the afternoon and night, so I guess I wouldn't be doing the morning workout.
