It messes up my pots by a lot, but at least I can protect my own Bigfoot. Yesterday 8 heroes KS war @ Forgotten path. Got 800k exp out of it (a lil bit less than a 3rd of the total exp). About the pot thingy. Its all about your pin timing and how you time your knockbacks on BF. If you are REALLY concentrated you can achieve to BF without using even one pot. My record is 5 pots, killing in 10-11min. I can imagine its much different for mages though.
