Strange drops from monsters in MS

As the title implies, monsters have strange drops in MS. For example: Mushmom drops a set of stars, when mushrooms clearly don't have ANY use for them. Why would it have them? Zakum drops it's head not once, but in sets of 2! What? Horntail drops a pendant. Why does a dragon need bling? Just a few examples. Can you think of any others?

Black kents paint their fairfrozens blue before dropping them. I think. That or they eat their weapon so it never drops

Headless Horseman drops it's head. Pigs only sometimes drop their heads. Lupins carry dolls of themselves around. Dark Stumps drop leaves. Pianus drops a scream. In a can. Everything in a temple focused around a non-physical idea can drop a crystallized piece of said idea. Fishes of bone drop bottles of lime powder. Snowman has a keychain of itself. Too lazy to go through all of HS.
