Can't use window mode

help plz! I can start my MS from GameLauncher.exe fine, but everytime when i switch to window mode (no matter doing it manually from system setting or press Alt + Enter) the MS just went crashed or blank for a bit and close it self. Can someone help me out here plz!

Try: ALT+ENTER, no CTRL. also, i cant window mode either, using ALT+Enter
