All CKs are Newbs at maple

Yes, i know, most of them try to put it as nicely as they can, and try not to offend us, but seriously, what the hell? How does making a CK mean that we're newbs at maple? How does it mean that we dont know much about maple? I've played for 5 years of maple, and i know quite a lot of random facts / pieces of information (i.e how some people thought of summoning jr rog in the KFT well, how everyone gathered up at ludi at the portal to that one map with Teddies (Terrace hall or something) to look for Pap parties (not exactly sure if they still do that but meh), where certain nooby monsters that no one ever trains on anymore because of new pqs and quests, old myths and legends, etc. Point is, I'm not "inexperienced". Just because I create a certain class, doesn't mean im a newb at maple and dont know how to play the game, and have no knowledge about the game. How does your level prove your knowledge about the game? You could be a lv200 who somehow leeched all the way up there (yes i know it's very inefficient. blablabla but still) and you could maybe not know where master chronos are located. On the other hand, you may be a Beta player, but has had several characters that havent even gotten to 3rd job before, and know a crapload more than that lv200. (Chances are big that the lv200 probably knows a lot too, but i'm just using exaggerated comparisons). Okay, after saying all of that, what i'm trying to get to is: I dont know why other people made CKs, but I for one, made it for one sole purpose. Fun. I always thought brawlers looked really fun, and an additional element of lightning looked really cool too. (Honestly, I didn't even know the 6 ap / lv thing until i started my Cygnus knight). Yes, i saw the lv120 cap. I've played for 5 years, and i've had several characters, and my highest leveled character was lv62. You see, maybe someone doesnt have the dedication, time, and effort to get past lv120. For example, me Not a single one of my characters had gotten to 3rd job (at the point when i was preparing to make a CK). So you can say, that CKs are for people who dont have the dedication to get all the way to lv200, people who dont have enough time on their hands (no offense), people who want to experiment with all types of classes and have a hard time sticking to one character, but please, do not call us newbs. The two things dont relate. Levels achieved in the game does not show how much knowledge you have. It may show that you have the time and dedication, and motivation to get to lv200, but it certainly does not show that you know a lot about the game, the community, and the things its been through over the past 5 years. Sorry for ranting a bit, but I'm really sick and tired of people saying negative stuff about people who make Cygnus Knights.

Exactly! Great post! I love my TB! They are definately the best CK, and offer serious competition to ADventurers in terms of entertainment.

Actually I found Cygnus chars kind of fun for PQing and stuff, since they do get more AP and they can be quite strong at lower levels. I might PQ randomly for fun, but I still wouldn't have a Cygnus as a main...I only made them to buff chars in the first place, before they decided you could get the buff from any char on that account and not just Cygnus ones.

I think their point is that CKs dont end up as strong as adventurers because of the 120 cap and nerfed skills.

CKs werent made to be super pro like other level 200 capable classes. Their basis is fast leveling and fun for those who don't receive the same from adventurers and legends. They also make GREAT blessing of the fairy mules :D

"Not a single one of my characters had gotten to 3rd job" you didn't get to 3rd job because you didn't bother too. its as simple as that it's not the job, its you.

Ck's are noobs. The characters themselves, not precisely the people who play them.

Well, most people have fun in Maple by either hoaring themselves out in the FM/Henesys or bossing. Some play for the grinding drug, but seriously adventurers are just better in every aspect of the game, except being beginniner friendly.
