NX Credit from Surveys

So I did those surveys on the nexon site, managed to get 2.2k nx and wanted/needed a shop permit. I went into the cash shop to see that you couldnt buy one! Is there an account creation time before you can buy it? My account is about 5 days old. Help! EDIT: It seems like its 2 weeks so would it be worth buying gacha?

Maybe you can't purchase a store permit with nexon credit, just like how you cant purchase a name change with maple points >.>

nexon credit = what you get when you charge your credit card. it can be used for anything except mts as long as youre the right level.

Also, are you sure that the credit cleared before you went to the cash shop? It takes at least 15 minutes after finishing some of the surveys before you actually get the points.
