Nautilus -> PACs Shrine -> Scrolls NLC -> DDS if you're lucky, not as big profit as PAC but from what i heard easier to get.

I recommend doing shrine Pigmy. I only got 1(!) PAC out of 50(!) eggs . Although it also gives A LOT of crappy scrolls (helmet hp, bottom DEF, etc.) it's probably the least risky place. If you're feeling lucky you can try Nautilus of course.

I recommend shrine or ellinia. After only using 5 eggs at ellinia i got like 40 mil worth scrolls. or maybe im just very lucky... Yeah...shrine,ellinia, or nautilus
