BF toe is the main one, I think everyone told you "level 80 lita lawless quests" But Depending on your class, you could maybe get the headless horseman solo (I did it at 80, and got a friend to kill BF for me :])

1) You must be level 80 2) Complete all the quests that Lita offers you. She would be located near the enterance to the subway or right of the bank 3) You should have a hard time collecting bigfoot's toe and HH's pumpkin head so get ready to pay! 4) After you complete all the quest that Lita offers you, go ahead and click her again and there you have it!
