Lets assume that both characters are funded. Does it REALLY affect damage, cause a dexless sin would have to spend all his money and use all the equip space on DEX equips...E.G. A NORMAL sin could get say...a 30 LUK robe, whereas a dexless would need a DEX robe. This would apply to most equips - Overall(or top and bottom), Helmet, MAYBE gloves, Shoes, Accessory etc. So does it REALLY make THAT MUCH of a difference.

Your confusing Low DEX and DEXless.... A DEXless still spends his money on luck equips, Low DEX spend money on dex equips for their claws. Since the L7 formula is broken, DEXless overwhelm REG-Dex and Low DEX, at least until late 4th job.

@ above: LUK is part of the accuracy formula as well >.> which is why there's dexlesses hitting despite the 4 dex cap Warriors don't need much accuracy from DEX either, rather from ACC equips (masks/zhelms/shelms/etc.) makes more the difference

Um...there are claws that require NO DEX therefore we do not need dex equips at all, Normal dex tends to become stronger at higher levels as the highest dexless claws are Maple Skanda (lvl 64) and Night raven's Claw (lvl 90) whereas normal luk sins can get the timeless claw at level 120. Dex for accuracy doesn't apply to sins because LUK also gives accuracy but to a lesser extent.

False. There are numerous equips that are DEX/ACC exclusive (shoes, earrings, face, accessories, bottom, helmets), and therefore DEX becomes the obvious stat to save in. Throw in the fact that neither sins nor warriors actually NEED dex (warriors need accuracy, not dex, two separate but related stats), and points into it become irrelevant.

Meh...LOW stat ftw low stat > statless > reg. stat (dunno for mages though)

@Praised I know LUK is part of it. But dexless warriors would still end up buying godly scrolled overall for DEX, not STR thereby decreasing damage? Or am i mistaken. @daydreamer The maple claws would only be effective up to a point, after that the timeless equipment would probably help out damage a dexless, but still, i'm not sure. @runecaster DEX IS Accuracy, in a way. Yes accuracy is what you need, but you need DEX for accuracy - Although warriors don't need DEX...

Dexless warriors need a dex robe~ But only up until their level is good enough to have a level advantage, in which case, they'll scroll up/buy a nice 30 dex overall for the 100+s

@above. Exactly my point. At level 80, a normal/low dex warrior can get a nice STR scrolled overall, thereby increasing damage to MATCH THAT of a dexless. Not nesacerrily beat it.

Dexless buys LUK Equips as well, a lowdex buys Dex equips, to still equip reg claws. at early lvls i think dexless does do alot more dmg, maybe at later lvls when u equip godly reverse claw, your damage gets closer? never got my sin past lvl 70 >,> they boring
