how to xfer items in between worlds?

ok, so my friend in RL quit MS and he is gonna sell me his 9atk wg for $1 o.O but he is in bera and i am in broa so how do we transfer his wg to my account? i thought about him putting it on MTS but then, i don't want to spend too much nx on it and losing nx through tax. is there a way to make sure that only I buy the wg and that no one else can buy it?
