| Let's say that the lukless Evan has 4 luk, which means with 5 AP, that's 613 int. +23 for the Level 8 wand gives 636. Normal luk has 123, needed for equips. There's only 494 int. +133 for the Timeless/Reverse Level 120 (level 1 weapon) wand gives 627. By my math, the lukless would be stronger, but by only 9 magic attack. Note: This does not take into account things that require funding, such as INT equips, which could make a difference.
