I realize something about Evan's skill

As an Evan, I realized before hand that I will loose the mage's ultimate as a spamable training skill. However, I realized that flame wheel has the possibility of beating the ultimates. (first, i want to say that i cannot stress enough that i have never done this or tested it before, it is all calculated in my mind. It has a 90% chance of being wrong) ok, lets say you are in the skelegon mini-dungeon. Both the evan, and the mage (lets put AM since they have booster skills) are able to 1 hit skele Evan uses Flame wheel and AM uses meteor/ice strike ok, so if the AM uses he's ultimate on the top 2 plat forms, that would take about 3 seconds. on the other hand, i feel like by the time the AM is done with magic, Evan might be already down to the 3rd plat form (jump down, teleport, etc) doesnt that make Evan a much faster attacker (tho more work) However, i did not consider the fact that you have to climb up again, and AM doesn't. Just wondering if this is at least in some way true.

I don't really think that an Evan would be that quick... Probably at the same speed as an AM with that. However being that Evan have that and Earthquake they could easily train with a Bishop at skeles. I'm pretty sure any Bishop would like having an Evan training partner just as much as an AM / other bishop.

there's no way to really beat ultamates, u two will just have low spawns since ur killing so fast [if ur training with the AM] and there's many situations to consider like platforms, freezing, monster HP and all that good stuff i look at it this way [i could be wrong, just an example no flame please] but bishops are the best for skele, thats true, but what if u take them to cheif oblivion guardians. then it goes to 3~4 shotting and taking insane amount of dammage while a paladin will just hammer and kill. not saying anyone is better than anyone, just saying different things happen in different situations

Actually 2 Bish/AM's training together is amazingly quick. The spawn is maxed out as fast as possible due to the fast killing rate and you're both gaining max exp possible compared to say any other class killing the bottom.

dont buy into it! Dont take those videos seriously on the web sites. We all saw the aran videos of arans doing 45~60k on skeles and in ToT. and now they show evandoing the same. new flash 45k at lv200 isnt amazing. even 60isnt great. the fact is that evans are more in the heat of battle because they attk in one direction in front of them, they may take more damage. And most players cant hope to be that godly btw. only about 30% or less of us are truly powerful compard to our peers. Evan is just a job, is not better than any other. there is a common misconception that new jobs are better than old ones. this is not true, all jobs have pros and cons. fact is some ppl are good, some arent.

[/quote] yeah that's true but say that when you see and evan doing 70k at lvl 151. and it's flame wheel if you're wondering. go look at spadow's vids of him training...its good dmg from an evan. i'd say that evan is the strongest mage class after lvl 120 due to their wide range of skills and the skills have a large range of mobbing. only thing is that they don't have mp eater and all that good stuff.

Evans have some defensive buffs that work on party members, too. It helps balance that out.

You can't beat ultimate training. But if you want to train the fastest, feel free to make and ultimate spammer and stand in one spot all day. I make a character for fun, not because of DPS or training speed.

flame wheel goes extremely fast and far. the range is: here to---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------here The entire screen. They can jump down a platform, use 1 or 2 flame wheel and the whole platform would be dead. pretty pro

But no, it's not fast enough to attack all three platforms before an ultimate. Plus, then you have to climb back up for the respawn, whereas the AM can just stay in that position. Face it, you cant beat ultimate training.
