How should I get fame WITHOUT having to buy it?

Do nice things like help people and such and some quests give fame like shumis quests

You can do the boss-killing quests. They give something like 20-40 fame each(40 from Pap, I think that's the most). You should be able to get something like 100-120 fame from those easily. You can also do a quest for 80+ in Masteria that is repeatable with a reward that includes fame.

Certain area boss quests/normal quests give fame.
