Confused about theres Neos Pants?

Well i recently bought a pair of very very nice pants but what really confuses me is the speed on these pants.... i just cant seem to work out how these pants came to have 16 speed O_o Take a look for yourself [IMG]http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/338/pantspic.png[/IMG]

Naww im not complaining i just fail to see how 5 (Maker) + 8 (Scrolls) = 16 O_O

70% bottom DEX (type 2) adds +2 speed, so 8 scrolls = 16 speed.

There are 2 types of 70% bottom dex: 2 dex, 1 speed and 2 dex, 1 accuracy. There is NO 2 speed 70% bottom scroll LOL. But yeah.. I dunno. Neither 5 speed clean from maker, nor 3 speed clean from maker could possible make that combination possible, UNLESS the stimulator worked, and somehow made the speed 4 or 6.

4 30% + 4 70% = (3 dex 3 speed)*4 + (2 dex 1 speed)*4 = 20 dex 16 speed. Clean Neos pants are 3 dex 3 acc, no? So it wasn't makered.

@above, its 23 Dex, which most probably means it was above average on dex or makered.

apparantly what mancartia says makes perfectly sense. We just assumed it was maker'ed, but it turns out it doesn't have to be :b
