Hello Basilers~! n_n The past days I've been experiencing random disconnects on my laptop, thing that has never happened. I try to play normally, without opening any other program (don't know about automatic running processes) and the game just send me to the login screen with the connection error message (the game doesn't close). This will happen at 100% if I just don't move my character and do nothing for some time (less than 50 minutes). My laptop is Windows Vista Home Premium. I really need help resolving this, got no idea about what to do. Thank you in advance. u_u

yPOS1Dude, I have the same problem on my desktop, and I've tried almost every fix there is. I ended up giving up MMORPGs altogether. Try resetting winsock and DNS, see if that fixes anything.

yPOS1Vista right? Search cmd in the search bar, right click on it and select "run as administrator". Type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotations and press enter. Restart your computer.

yPOS1if that doesn't work, go to the cmd again and type "ipconfig /flushdns", see if that does anything.
