What is the drop rate of PoTs?

| hm... I wouldn't say they're that hard to get... I've been misting in oblivion 2 from time to time and find about 3 PoTs an hour. But the further on in ToT that you get, the better the drop rate is. |

| i found 2 all the way to obl 3, but that's probably because i try and keep my combo up and don't look too much to the ground. same goes for you -=D with gene unless you really take time and don't spam |
