Nexon Game Card Help Please!

Hi Basil, So I bought a $12 Nexon Game Card (10k NX). I scratched the back and entered my PIN on the website. It keeps saying that my code is invalid. Does this mean that the cashier didn't activate it? This is my first time buying NX to fund my new character. Am I able to get a refund or an exchange for the Game Card? Please help me Basil. I hope I didn't waste any money Thanks in advance

Invalid should mean it was not activated If it says something along the lines of it already being used, then that's exactly what it means Just go back to the cashier and tell him to do his minimum wage job correctly

make sure you look carefully at the code. sometimes they letters/numbers can be mistaken for something else ;] and hopefully you didnt scratch too hard and remove part of the code ;x

if you still have the receipt there is a chance they will let you refund.

You can't get either. You can only go back to try and see if it was activated properly. Make sure your typing the right letters/numbers. Once I thought a F was an E... >.>

I've checked and double-checked every single letter and number. If I can't get either than that's BS. Like, if it's already been used then I need a refund or at least exchange.
