Hello basil, recently I found a girl in my new school that has the last name "Roman" I though the name was pretty odd, since I never encounter one's name being similar to a empire from long ago. Anyway... Her looks/skin is white. I assumed Roman came from white people, and judging by her skin, I'm guessing she is a white. She also had blond hair. However, I heard from someone that Roman is actually a Hispanic name. Question: Is the last name Roman for Hispanics? If so, would this girl fall under puerto rican, dominican, or w/e hispanic race. Is the last name for whites? The reason why I'm asking because I thought she was very attractive (being that I thought she was white). After hearing there's a possibility that she is hispanic, I completely lost interest, I don't know why, its just that I don't feel comfortable around Hispanics. I hope i didn't offend any of you. If you choose that she is Hispanic please mention which Hispanic.

its hispanic, theres an argentinian soccer player called juan roman riquelme, and being an hispanic myself, I know about 3 people whose last names are roman.

I'm Hispanic and I've never heard anyone with Roman besides the soccer player. Live in Florida which is full of Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and Nicaraguans. @above Racism is the belief that a certain race is superior to another race, him having preference over race sexually isn't racist. edit: Nevermind, being an idiot, I'm pretty sure Roman is hispanic.

I didn't mention any race being superior to another. The guy i quoted claimed hispanics were superior to asians.
