Question regarding the glitched mg

Hey guys, i have a question. I got the mastery book and now my mg is gitched at lvl 18 X-x ( im lvl 40). Thing is, a friend of mine got his mastery book at lvl 45 and he has max mg (lvl 20). Do i have to wait till nexon preforms a server matneience till i can max mg? (magic guard)

No, of course not. Even though you can't do it now, you should do it now! Why wait for them to fix it? Max it even though you're unable to!

i did, its lvl 18. the problem is i cant put any more sp into it X_x. should i wait until nexon fixes this problem, or is there another way
