What should I do to lvl up quick?

I am a level 44 Evan and i am wondering what i should to level as quick as possible. What do you think is faster add your own examples. What do you think is faster CPQ, PYPQ, or Grinding and at what certain map.

Well i was at cpq tw and got from 40-50 in about 2 days. Rombots on 2x helps a ton.

CPQ TW with a good team. They summon max trojans and speed for you each round and summon for them but its still trade wins. Its faster than pypq and you can get 40-50 in a day if they summon rombots.

PYPQ is best from 40-45. As for Truckers... I'm LUKless and I was able to hit 95% of the time at lvl 40. The first (stand on sign on right) and second (stand on steps on right) platforms can safely be used to kill without being hit. Third platform is a pot burner.
