Do you guys think this is worth getting... For 15k nx? It's kinda expensive and not too good looking but it's permanent and has a dragon appear behind u when u stand

Well it isn't REALLY bad looking. So if Evan is you're main I would say yes. If it's a mule: no.

Permanent? It's a lil bit expensive for me, and the headgear doesn't really impress me. :X Love the Dragon Effect though

I having my own income was more than glad to throw away 15 dollars for the set. Even though I only use the overall and gloves mixed with another look. :P Atleast when the other NX items expire I won't have to replace 2 of them to get my entire look back.
