Pqs.Builds, and weapons i have 13-16mill to fund me self i have not made him yet tho i have steelies tobis and 2 sets of icys i also have a 10 dex bathrobe and 10 dex sauna robe and 3 dex glove with acc umm also a good acc 3dex brown bamboo hat and will get squishy shoes wil that be enough to make a decent low dex NW? if not psot it =)

Hmm idk but the equips aren't that good to tell the truth steelies are ok but if you can get illbies is better (but with the money you have now, I dont reccomand.) just use the steelys (remember recharging everytime you go to town) and keep tobis for urgence. you can sell the icys or keep 'em, they're not much useful (altough it's better than subis lol) acc doesn't matter for sins, as they rarely miss. try getting a 6att WG if you can. I don't know the build for the lowdex nw, cause i've only got a dexless nw for the training: 1-15 quests in CKs island (dont remember the name) 15-22 Octopuses at the hidden street @ the map at left of Kerning City 22-25 Kerning PQ 25-30 Quests at Sleepywood, hidden street: cave where mushrooms grow 30-35 Mushroom Castle Quests 35-50 LudiPQ(try to get the glasses),CarnivalPQ, Grind at FoG if you do a good damage, if not try some other places 50+ Idk, ill update if I remember... PS:for the weapons I really dont know, but ill just tell you what I did with my dexless nw: 1-35 Scroll a garnier with 7 100s, and stick with that until 35 35:Maple Claw 43:Maple Kandayo 50:Neva 64:Maple Skanda

I strongly suggest you to sell all your steelies and tobis and buy around 12-16 sets of icys, if not more. Sell your brown bamboo hat so you have some more mesos and since green bamboos give 3 dex clean You could buy a 6 att wg for 7-9m. As you level to 50, you should try doing quests, including your theif job quests to get that 12 luk hat, that give money (theres a thread on it stickied on basil) and pqs such as lpq to sell the items you get from it. Don't 100% your claws until you reach 50 or so since you'll be leveling really often and ditch your old claws. From 1-30, you could either make your claws via JM from the street or buy them in weapon shops in orbis/el nath.30-50 you could get random claws from spieglman for 7-10 coins. Once you hit 50 or so, use your maple coins to get an above average dark slain from spieglman. From there, just buy clean or lightly scrolled claws from basil for under 1m each clean or however much for scrolled.
