[/quote] I'm not so much up on my Lord of the Rings knowledge anymore, but I remember thinking there were a lot of similarities to that storyline thrown in as well when I read the book for the first time. Though it's not surprising that Eragon took ideas from other places .. the kid was only like 15 when he started writing. |
