Elemental Reset Glitch?

I don't know if this has been posted yet but I just recently got my ER to lvl 11 and I noticed something weird about the secs for the next level. At lvl 11 it lasts for 220 secs then at lvl 12 is lasts for 2.2k secs. I was like wtf? Is it a glitch or something? Sorry if this has been posted before. Here it is(SS or it didn't happen xD)
