Old Raggedy Cape bugged/glitched?

Alright well, i have this Old Raggedy Cape. It has 3 int on it so i wanted to use it on my Evan. I tried equipping it and it said ," Your stats are too low to equip this item." I'm like wtf? Only requirement is the level which is 25, my Evan is lvl 26. So, i transfered it to my 84 Wind Archer, tried equipping, and it said the same thing. So, i did the Old Raggedy Cape quest on my Evan. I got the cape, and equipped it without any problems. Still can't equip the 3 int one tho =/

lol i had this problem, try putting it in the mts for like a super high amount of nx, then cancel the trade and take it back out onto your account,

Put it into the MTS and put on MAX Price so that no one would buy it (and if they did you would be a happy fellow) And then cancel it and take it out.
