Is going STRless worth it?

I'm gonna make a slinger and wanted to know of this was worth it. I have: 400m Zhelm 3/6 Dex Pac 15atk Scgs and 7atk wgs for earlier levels Dep Star So should I go Strless or go reg str? If I should go reg str wen should I cap it?

Lol i thought you said brawler and i was like....facepalm OT: I would go for it, I don't know from experience but I always see strless slingers and have a few in my guild that like it and went strless with 100m and a zhelm.

Strless is better until late 3rd job, but in the end low-str is the strongest build. You might as well go reg-str (convert to low-str when you start approaching your desired cap) and save yourself the trouble of finding decently scrolled maple guns (kind of rare), since you're going to be weak in 1st and 2nd job anyways, and strless isn't that much better in 3rd job.

Low-str FTW, and save that money for a Reverse as your end-game weapon, or a godly scrolled concerto.

STRless is pointless. All you get is a below average end game gun which doesn't make up for the extra DEX you have.

You know for corsairs, reg dex is best? Because instead of scrolling your stuff your str, you could scroll it for dex, plus, there are more things that you can scroll for dex rather than str, such as zhelms(with the exception of chaos of course), earrings,shoes, and such.
