Cygnus can get to level 200?

Is the level limit for cygnus changed? Do not tell me no because today April 4th I became 2nd and I past by the place where the people become max level. I saw this guy was 200 Only guy. Possible please tell me more.

I'm telling you no. Cygnus Knights are still only able to attain level 120. That PunkOz NPC has a typo saying it has attained level 200. @Above: Supply us a name so we can rank him. Otherwise you're an extremely unreliable source.
