here, suicide leech - pg for lvls 70- cbs can use M.E. to kill/or succesfully hit. other than that, you need pg. also at the guy who said less exp if you don't finish it. if you use 2x buff at lvl 50-70 you'll lvl once with 99.98% ON 2x. nexon capped lvling twice.
