So, are the mastery books glitched?

I just bought the magic guard mastery book, got my mg up to 18. I then screwed around a bit, and trained some, and leveled up to 40. The problem is, now I can't put any more points into mg anymore. Anyone else have this problem, and is it fixable?

Lots of people are also experiencing this problem, there is no fix i am aware of but i presume it will be fixed in the next Server Maintenance.

A number of people have gotten glitched with it (luckily I didn't get glitched), and one solution would be buying another mastery book (not guaranteed to work), but that doesn't seem worth it. There is a chance nexon would give a 'refund'/'reimbursement', or just give everyone a slap in the face.

yeah what u other ppl should do is wait until they have 20 sp then use the book then add in sp otherwise your gonna get glitchd and buying another one will not work. i did the same thing u did bought the book at lvl 39 put in 13sp( mg was already at 5) then i had 18 lvld to 40 and i couldnt put anymore in. my friend on the other hand got his book at lvl 40 he had 16sp( here is where the glitch comes in) he puts in all his sp into the mg its maxd at lvl 20 with 1 sp left over i think its gltichd bcuz normally the jobs dont stop go up every 10lvl and evan has the ability to max all skills. so a normal person woulda max his skill and put 1 sp into a different we on the other hand cant.( this is just my observation from talking with my friend) my evans lvl 47 CxSquared add me i have only 3 friends...

There is one extra because the book gives 1 sp when you use it, since kms didn't have the books it caused that to happen.

Once I hit 30 I maxed out mg first :x So I had no problem. What I heard is after you hit 40 you can't add anymore sp to mg or thunder bolt.
