Hello everyone. I can't sign onto maple! I sign in regularly. I get to server select screen. I get to choose my ch. But as soon as it goes from the channel select screen to the character select screen, this happens http://yfrog.com/0hmaple0043aj . PLEASE Help, I've been trying to sign on forever! It's been like that since PIC came out

Try uninstalling and reinstalling if you haven't already, might have gotten a bad patch file. Other than that, you could put in a ticket and start hoping I guess. =/

I logged a tick, and reinstalled maple. Tick logged 2 weeks ago, no response xD

Reset pin/pic and it should do the job.

I can't reset it. I signed up for my email before pirates came out, and now its non existant , maybe because i never went on it. Im certain its the right email and that it doesnt exist, because i just remade it. What to do now ? BTW My pin was correct

This happened on my old accounts in which I hadn't created a PIC. It required my old pin to log on. Type in your pin and then you'll be prompted to create a PIC. Then you're good to go. I doubt you have the correct PIN typed in, or it would have worked. I did this too.

Don't you have to enter your Personal Identification Number then it will prompt you to set up your Personal Identification Code. Input the old PIN you were using before PIC's came out then set up your new PIC.
