| well, i googled it, and only useful thing i found was the item "Map of Turtle Island" description was like "Map acquired from Captain Hwang, only contains the location, not much else" something like that <.< and i searched captain hwang, hes at herb town 2nd Edit: Also, while googling, a section said "Hiver tells you to go to captain hwang to obtain the Map of Turtle Island" |
