Can I get a P/C on a 50% scroll?

Ello. Can I get a P/C on a Staff 50% Magic Att scroll? Apparently, the guy I sold a reverse pendant and a mask for 25mil total (yes I got ripped off) says its worth 18mil. Unfortunately, I highly doubt this since he admitted that he ripped me off. :P ty

Why would you ever sell a reverse item for 25m =/ Especially evan ones because they just came out.
