Evan Funding - 580 Mil. What to buy?

I have about 580 mil to fund my Evan with. Right now, I basically have nothing . Just the basic equips, a Marbas hat, and a 100%ed Wooden Wand. I also have a Z Helm on my NW that I will karma over to my Evan. What should I buy? I'm lukless, by the way.

Buy a good int robe like 20~22 and a good PuAC and you're set practically o.o. Get more money then start scrolling / buying good wands

i would buy a zak tree branch elewand (if it actually works with evans elements) now you have 150M to spend MoN depending if you can get a MoN or not int YAC gloves and earrings.
