Why dont you go and ask at the ymca... I had to fill out an application and stuff, but I got hired as a counselor over there last summer so i'm sure you could find something to help out with kids and what not.

1) Go to you local YMCA 2) Ask clerk if you could get an application form or speak with someone who could get you one 3) Fill it out, maybe have like a fitness Resume with you 4) Hope for a call back.
